ERAC's staff are working remotely. Business hours remain 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday and staff are available by phone or email during that time.

  • New appeals should be filed by email at admin@erac.ohio.gov. The appeal will be deemed filed on the date received (i.e., through 11:59pm). Appellants should mail the $70 filing fee to ERAC's offices at 30 E. Broad St., 4th Floor, Columbus, Ohio 43215.
  • Documents may be filed in existing appeals through ERAC's e-filing system or by emailing us at admin@erac.ohio.gov. Although ERAC will continue to receive physical mail (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.), we strongly encourage the use of electronic and/or email filing.
  • Please see ERAC's Docket for information regarding the time and location of all public meetings, prehearing conferences, hearings, etc.
