To use ERAC's e-filing system, you will first need to register and create an account. This process is completed through our public Case Search portal. Once you have registered, you may log into ERAC's e-filing system to file documents. Please note: new appeals are not accepted through e-filing!

Please note, however, the ERAC staff are only available to answer questions during business hours (8:00am to 5:00pm) and ERAC is not responsible for technical difficulties in using the e-filing system to submit documents.
